We engaged the services of Liquid Creativity to create a new website which reflected the company’s new focus on B2B Customer Experience Strategy and Implementation and would help the company to attract its target clients.
The Liquid team undertook a very collaborative approach when working with us. Liquid’s Managing Director as well as members of the creative team met with us on a couple of occasions. The purpose of the first meeting was to enable the Liquid team to get an in-depth understanding of 2Excell’s objectives, desired market positioning, service offerings and its target clients. Based on the information gathered, Liquid proceeded to develop the structure, imagery, design and key messages of the website. Subsequent meetings were held with us to review, discuss and refine the website design that was created.
By combining their strategic and creative abilities, a new 2Excell website was created with a fresh, new branding and all required functionality such as the ability to create blogs, display videos as well as be responsive on all device formats.
The newly designed website and its content has been instrumental in attracting both clients and strategic partners that are in alignment with 2Excell’s positioning and target audience.
