New brand positioning reversed a decline in market share


This century-old coffee importer found itself struggling to remain relevant in a rapidly evolving market place. Perceived as old-fashioned in the fast growing ‘hipster’ segment, Bennetts was losing market share and urgently needed to reinvigorate their brand.


After extensive market research Liquid conducted a brand workshop with Bennetts management team to get a comprehensive understanding of the situation – then launched a stylish new brand, website and visual design for promotional material.


Launching a comprehensive rebrand for a company with a one hundred year history in a complex and global industry was no easy feat, however Sue took it all in her stride from day one.
